Years of Famine: I Feed Meat to Make My Brothers and Sisters Fat

The short drama of the same name, Two Pair 5.6 Rifles, has launched.

In the famine-ridden 1960s, the villagers are superstitious and tie Zhang Shan up before throwing him into the mountain full of wild beasts as an offering to the mountain god for rain.

His older brother saves him, but is bitten by a wolf, loses a leg, and dies of infection.

There is no grain at home.

His two older sisters, even while starving, still try every possible way to get him something to eat, and both starve to death.

Zhang Shan is reborn and gains a calabash space.

This time, he wants to save his older brother and sisters, hunt pheasants, hares, and wild boars, farm, fish, and feed them meat every day.

While the villagers gnaw tree bark, dig up wild vegetable roots, and are so hungry they become skin and bones, Zhang Shan’s older brother and sisters are dripping with oil and growing fat.

And then one day, everyone discovers that they have suddenly gotten jobs in the city and become city people...
