Xuan Tang Fishing Sage: A Salted-Fish Fisherman Is Forced to Command the Sea Creatures

This world is called Xuantang Continent. Fifty years ago, the heavens and earth changed; heavenly water poured backward and subterranean springs surged up, turning seventy percent of the nine provinces’ land into great marshes. Fish nourished by spiritual water became spirits: ordinary fish turned into spirit fish, spirit fish into battle fish, and battle fish could tear tigers and leopards apart with their bare fins.

Humans realized fishing techniques and martial arts from the ancient Fishing Dao Heavenly Book, using fishing rods as weapons to barely hold on to the remaining thirty percent of the land. This is a pure power-trip story in an alternate world.
