Third part of the Superpower Chronicle series, following <Man-Eater> and <Gigas>, finally revealed!

Allen Smith, a retired drop trooper from the Planetary Federation.

After a spacecraft collision in space, he time-slips and wakes up on Earth in the past. After going through various incidents, he is imprisoned in a Soviet camp under the suspicion that he is a CIA special agent, a spy.

There, everyone asks Allen what "Wiseman" is.

The story begins with uncovering what it is that caused anyone who had even a slight contact with him, or even a little information about it, to die.
