The Sun Falls Between the Clouds

Xue Zhengyi, who is clever and capable, was once also a happy and carefree girl. Later, after an accident, she lost everything and became the adopted eldest daughter of the Xue family. Bound by the family's honor and disgrace, she had to restrain her joys and sorrows, calm as a wooden puppet.

Deep in a struggle for power, she is nothing more than a chess piece: lifted high when useful, discarded at any time when useless.

What looks like an obedient puppet makes Ming Chen, who has always wanted to tear open her true face, discover another side of her.

She is not a marionette to be manipulated at will, but a game begun by a witch.

The game has already started. Are you ready?
