The Mortal Ones

Originally active as a killer in the modern world, Zhong-o crossed into the murim due to an incident and became the supreme ruler of murim.

The life of an absolute master is empty. Zhong-o turned his back on the world, living in seclusion and focusing only on studying martial arts.

But the realm of his divine arts, which he thought would no longer advance after he reached supremacy, deepened further, and Zhong-o shed his mortal body and departed through ascension.

Then he opened his eyes to find himself back in modern times, on the subway platform right before he had left for murim.

Returned, Zhong-o now wants to wash away even his life as a killer and find peace by tracing back to his original roots.

But as he moves backward through the past, mysterious incidents unfold, and he learns that modern times, which he thought were peaceful, are also hiding shocking events...

Zhong-o’s unstoppable advance begins once again.
