Spoiling Dream of the Red Chamber: Daiyu’s Mind Breaks

A modern surgeon transmigrates into Jia Huan, the illegitimate third young master from Dream of the Red Chamber.

On his first meeting with Lin Daiyu, Jia Huan says, “Sister Lin, when Baoyu sees you, he will definitely say: I’ve seen this younger sister before...”

...

Jia Huan brings her flowers, and just as Daiyu is about to ask him about them, Jia Huan cuts in first.

First, he imitates Daiyu’s voice: “Are these only for me, or do all the sisters have them?”

Then, in his own voice: “All the sisters have them. The others already got theirs; these two are Sister Lin’s.”

Then he switches back to Daiyu’s voice: “I knew it. You only give me the leftovers that others didn’t want.”

Daiyu: “Pfft! Huan-ge, only you would make things up about people. I’m going to tear your mouth apart! I won’t forgive you today!”

...

Jia Huan: “Sister Lin, they’re all bad people. They all want to harm you.”
