Rule-Based Horror: I Am the Horror

Rule-based anomalies become Earth’s lifeline. Tens of thousands of chosen ones around the world compete: if they win, the real-world anomalies disperse; if they lose, rule-based anomalies descend.

This is a war between humanity and anomalies. Chen Shao, a patient suffering from bone cancer, becomes the chosen one in the third round. One-sentence synopsis: a story about the male lead gradually becoming an anomaly while saving humanity.

Basic setting: 1. Humans cannot confront the strange through physical means, so unless the rules allow it, scenes of humans brutally overpowering anomalies cannot happen. 2. Includes livestream elements, though the livestream room is described only lightly; help from the real world is very important to the chosen ones.

3. It will not deliberately mock any particular country; at most, it will arrange some brutal deaths. 4. The protagonist will help kind-hearted people when it does not endanger himself, and will also set traps for those with ill intent. 5.
