While running away from a wildcat, Geranium is caught by a black snake that had been taking a nap.

"If you hate marriage, spend the night with me."

"Have you gone insane?"

"I thought you’d say that, so I proposed first, but you said you didn’t want marriage. Then mating is the fastest and surest solution."

"Who the hell said that? And a solution to what, exactly?"

"Pani, as a solution to my poison."

She’s going to have to mate with the black snake in order to survive.

For the record, Geranium is a squirrel.
