Midnight Anomalous Records

I originally thought the night shift was just a little extra hard-earned money.

Only after I sat down in that small room at the "City Integrated Monitoring Center" did I realize that some images only appear after midnight.

People’s shadows that shouldn’t be on the surveillance feed,

A floor in the elevator that won’t open,

Lights turning on in a shopping mall that has already closed...

These abnormal scenes should have been deleted, suppressed, and treated as malfunctions.

But every time before they were deleted, someone would never appear again.

So I began to record them.

From the first entry, I understood one thing:

What is truly terrifying is never the thing on the screen,

but the people outside the screen who know these anomalies exist.
