Liangjian: I Told You to Develop—You Brought Back an Entire Division?

Zhang He transmigrates into the world of The Eightieth Regiment, becoming one of Li Yunlong’s platoon leaders.

At just the right time, the New First Regiment has only just been established and is short on soldiers and officers, so Li Yunlong orders each battalion to split into smaller units and develop independently.

Zhang He activates the elite-only system, attacking transport convoys, blowing up Japanese pillboxes, confiscating Italian cannons, recruiting soldiers, and expanding his forces.

One year later, when the Japanese begin a large-scale sweep, the entire regiment gathers.

Zhang He’s troops each have two rifles per man, machine guns assigned down to the squad level, and even cavalry, artillery, special forces, reconnaissance troops, and more.

First Battalion Commander Zhang Dabiao: "Battalion Commander Zhang, you’ve become quite the local tyrant now!"

Second Battalion Commander: "Third Battalion Commander, when I need fire support later, don’t you dare be careless!"

Li Yunlong: "Heh, Zhang He, kid, you really are a genius!"

At the outbreak of the Cangyun Ridge battle, Sakata Shigeo is directly driven insane by the firepower: "Report to the commander immediately and request support! The enemy firepower on the other side is at least that of a full division!"
