I Became the Interpreter for the Beastfolk

I possessed Ridel, who dies at the hands of the male lead after kidnapping and selling the hamster heroine from a beastkin romance-fantasy novel.

If things go as in the original, I’m doomed to be involved in the heroine kidnapping incident.

“Chirp. Tiiing. Chwik. (What do you think you’re sticking your face into? Get away!)”

“Ridel, say it. What is this tiny thing saying right now?”

“She says your face is too close and it’s making her uncomfortable.”

I planned to preserve my life by calmly mediating between the male lead and heroine, then run away at the right time.

But then,

“Chwik.”

“Right. I know Ridel likes this too. That’s why I keep you so close.”

“Chiiik!”

“Haah. Don’t just scream. Move your body and express it again. I can’t understand what you’re saying.”

It seems the male lead and heroine both like me...

And also...

“Have you already forgotten the vow to obey me, Ridel?”

The supporting character I thought was the sub-male lead was actually the hidden mastermind, and not only that, he was my master.
