HP D e H a: Returning to 1973 with the Chosen One

Pairing: Draco Malfoy x Harry Potter, happy ending.

If he could start over, Draco swore he would never agree to attend that utterly dreadful Muggle wedding with Potter. Unfortunately, there are no ifs in life.

A Muggle car passes through a tunnel, but unexpectedly brings the two of them back to 1973.

An era when Voldemort is rapidly rising.

Draco thinks: wonderful. Three years after the Dark Lord was completely destroyed, he and Potter have returned to a world ruled by the Dark Lord—what could possibly be worse than this?

Yet fate seems to be saying to him: there is, Draco, there is.

The Potter who returned to 1973 with him has lost all his memories, and has even forgotten that he is a wizard.

Draco: ...

Wait. If Potter has no memory, can he still be the Savior? If Potter cannot become the Savior, then who will defeat the Dark Lord? And how are they supposed to return to their original time?

Draco panics.

Draco: Potter, you are a wizard.

Harry: Sir, that joke is not funny.

Draco: Merlin above, you really are a wizard!

Harry: Who is Merlin?

Draco: That’s not important!

Harry: Then... who are you?

Draco: Your... um, friend?

Harry: Okay, then I believe you.

Draco: Why?

Harry smiles. “I trust my friends.”

Draco and Harry travel back to 1973 together, but Harry loses his memories, and they must find a way to survive in that chaotic era and figure out how to return to their original world.
