Transmigrating to a mysterious otherworld shrouded in eternal night, Jiang Jin wakes up inheriting a monster clinic that is on the verge of closing down. As the clinic upgrades into a containment facility, a fortress, and then a taboo city-state, Jiang Jin realizes that the world's eternal night is not a natural disaster, but rather the awakening of the old gods. Even more terrifying, beneath his clinic seems to be imprisoned the first "patient" ever to make the gods fear.
