Yu Gen, a wild girl raised by a wolf pack, was taken in and adopted as a daughter by a Han man who worked under the Xiongnu crown prince. As she adapted while learning letters and martial arts, her adoptive father died in internal turmoil among the Xiongnu, and she changed her name to Jin Yu before leaving for the Han dynasty.

Starting a new life in Chang’an, she reunites with the two young men who made a deep impression on her when they met in the desert: the mysterious nobleman Meng Xi-mo and the young general Huo Qubing, who enjoys the emperor’s favor.

As Jin Yu grows closer to the two men, her life flows in a direction she never knew existed.
