Those who pretend to be clean while deceiving the public through the media with hypocrisy, and behind the scenes take every kind of bribe while being obsessed only with personal gain!

They are the politicians who move the Republic of Korea, the senior officials who run the country, and the legal figures who control the judiciary!

Outwardly, it’s a splendid land of the three-thousand-ri hibiscus flower, but inwardly it has rotted and stinks to high heaven.

That is the era we live in now, and the country called the Republic of Korea.

But I bear the honorable responsibility of protecting individual freedom and rights, and of maintaining social peace and order so that all citizens may live peaceful and happy lives.

Therefore, I should respect everyone’s dignity, warmly serve everyone, seek the truth in the name of justice, and never compromise with injustice or illegality... or so you can say at the oath ceremony!
