Congratulations, You've Been Arrested

In New Tokyo, Wa Country.

Dongye Yuan, who has transmigrated into another body, only wants to live a quiet life without being disturbed, but by chance the [Evil Handbook] appears in his mind. Arresting criminals and bringing them to justice grants attribute points and random rewards.

What? Can’t beat them?

According to the criminal’s evil-star rating, you can freely distribute temporary attribute points as a task buff during capture.

The more vicious the criminal!

The stronger my buff!

Mysterious ability fruits, powerful sword-style spells, and all kinds of abilities of different sequence ranks all turn into wondrous rewards on the [Evil Handbook]...

The police bureau: These lawless bastards are utterly insane, vicious beyond measure, and full of evil...!!!

Dongye Yuan:

What I mean is...

Can there be any worse ones?

...

The following is the protagonist’s self-introduction:

My name is Dongye Yuan. I am 16 years old, a high school student, unmarried, and I live in the Shingaki Detective Agency in Ogawamachi, Edogawa Ward, New Tokyo’s School District City. After school, I work as a disciplinary committee member in the School District City, cooperating with the city’s security officers to arrest lawbreakers, and I can only go home after 8 p.m.

After I get home, I do one hour of training by standing upside down on two fingers. Before bed, I casually taste different brands of canned coffee, limited only to savoring some subtle differences, just like savoring the criminals who have fallen into my hands.

I go to sleep at 11 p.m. on the dot.

Everyone says my schedule is very regular and healthy.

But to be honest, it is a little embarrassing,

Recently in my mind,

some strange things seem to have appeared...
