Medical robot operator Pin Shan treats cancer patients every day in Jianghai City, until he himself is diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer. By accident, he discovers that his consciousness can dive into his body and control cancer cells to evolve without limit!

Relying on his cancer mutation ability, Pin Shan becomes a mob boss’s ace doctor: by day he saves people, by night he hunts uncontrolled “demons” and devours their abilities to strengthen himself.

Later he discovers that the citywide spread of cancer was a company conspiracy, that the online-course system is also creating split personalities, and that he himself is actually an experimental subject chosen by an alien civilization.

To find out how his parents died, he infiltrates the Martian ruins and faces the mastermind behind the cancer-mutating monsters, only to learn that all of humanity is merely a test subject of a higher civilization.

With Earth on the verge of destruction, Pin Shan uses his cancer-mutated body to unify humanity, betray artificial intelligence, and gather mutant beast groups to establish the only coexistence force in the apocalypse.

As alien fleets approach the city gates, Pin Shan, as the spokesperson for an “imperfect civilization,” leads a ragtag army through brutal trials to win humanity a ticket to the sea of stars.
