Battles Over the Empire Map

The flames of war rise at the end of the Sui Dynasty, and heroes emerge from the frontier.

Dou Tianwang of Hebei fights Jin Gang on a snowy night; the warlord Zhai Rang of Wagang is killed in an internal power struggle; the treacherous Yuwen clan murders their master and schemes against Xiao Niang; Li Erlang of Chang'an fights two battles against Wang of Luoyang; the emperor of Liang in Baling crosses the river to seize Jing and Xiang; Du Fuwei of the southeast calls himself the Jianghuai Wolf.

Great waves sweep across the heavens, and fierce generals hunt the Sui court.

The land of Sui turns into a battle map of the realm: the defeated become bandits, the victors become kings.
