The Novel's Extra

A novel is a world with billions of characters.

But unless they are a heroine or a supporting character with real presence, most people would not even have a name.

“Chundong, what rank are you?”

I do not know myself. I do not even know why my name is Chundong.

This world is the novel I wrote.

But I have become a character I never once wrote.

Aside from enrolling in the agent officer academy, I am utterly ordinary, with no connection to anyone in the novel, the sort of person whose name would never appear anywhere in its pages.

In other words, I became an extra in the novel.

...No. I became dust in the novel.
