Mistaken Match
Han Bom, a first-year surgical resident at YJ. Startled by the rugged, masculine-looking blind date, she still rejects him according to plan. Just as she is about to leave after achieving her goal, Bom witnesses someone collapse in a hotel and ends up saving them together with the blind date. *** Chest compressions continued through the tense moments. Sweat dripped from the blind date’s forehead. The muscles bulging beneath his tightly stretched shirt looked as if they might burst out. "Two minutes have passed. I’ll take over." "More importantly, contact the YJ emergency room and tell them a patient suspected of MI (myocardial infarction) and arrest is on the way. They should get ready in advance." What...? Are you a professor? Do they teach medicine at the police academy these days? He had so much presence that even the chief surgeon would have to bow down. On the way home, Bom checked the text from her aunt and was dumbfounded. "Bom, why didn’t you tell me he wasn’t a man?" "He called, but there was a murder case, so he had to skip it because of the emergency." Bom blinked and stared at the message over and over. Her small face went pale. "...Then who was that person?"
